"My husband and I come to the Stratosphere two times a year. We love the great service we receive from the front desk staff, cocktail servers, buffet table cleaners, maid service, and the staff that adds paper to the slot machines, etc. We love the walk down The Strip but it's nice to see the Tower on the way back and knowing this is where we are staying. We have stayed at other places, but since coming to this hotel years ago we keep coming back. Hopefully you won't change the staff that you now have as they are all hard workers and do an excellent job."
